Our Story
The firm was incorporated in 2024 by Jeffrey Allen, Ph.D., a former CFO. The idea is straightforward. Finance and HR in growing companies are often late, manual, and held together by a few people. The fix is not another tool on its own. It is a platform those people can run, or a team that runs it with them.

Workday is the system for middle-market companies that need that scale. Sage HCM, formerly Criterion, is the HR platform for companies that have outgrown a patchwork of accounting software, a PEO, and spreadsheets, and do not need Workday. Sage Intacct is the financials option when the company is not on Workday Financials.
