Jeff Allen is an expert in corporate finance with extensive experience as a strategist, CFO, educator, and entrepreneur. A proven leader, he has overseen the full CFO suite including capital formation, acquisitions, exit events, all types of debt finance, compliance, stakeholder relationships, treasury, forecasting, budgeting, modeling, data analytics, system implementations, and risk management. Jeff’s career exemplifies his commitment to ethical business practices, innovative problem solving, and forward-thinking leadership. As CFO, he secured more than $2B in debt and equity capital across five PE-sponsored companies, complementing a broad advisory career spanning diverse industries and international engagements. He is Founder and CEO of Signature CFO LLC (APX Signature). He previously served as Executive VP and CFO of Navigator Energy Services, NES II, and Navigator Ventures; Senior VP and CFO of JP Energy and LONESTAR Midstream Partners; and Senior Director, Finance, at Hewlett-Packard Co.
